We require 5 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.
LuminoGlow is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us. Providing goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with labels intact, we offer a 14 day refund or exchange policy (from the original date of despatch). No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed. No refunds or exchanges will be offered on any garments where the packaging has been damaged (hangers/bags excluded) such as boxes. Gift boxes and gift wrapping cannot be refunded. For hygiene reasons, please ensure that all briefs and thongs are tried on over your own underwear. Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke. LuminoGlow is not responsible for the for freight costs in returning the items to our warehouse. Delivery costs cannot be refunded.

All Australian orders (without gift wrapping) attract a flat rate postage of $5.50 regardless of the size or parcel destination within Australia.
However, the delivery method will depend on your location in Australia. All customers will be offered a delivery method charged at $5.50 with the option to upgrade to other delivery methods based on location. Not all services are available to all areas. For example to capital cities there is Australia Post Express Post which guarantees overnight delivery. LuminoGlow’s warehouse is not situated in a capital city so we cannot guarantee overnight delivery but we can expect quicker delivery that Australia Post usual service. However this attracts a higher rate of postage of $8.50. The most you will ever pay for postage is $8.50 (without gift wrapping).
LuminoGlow is unable to accept responsibility for deliveries for parcels that have not been signed for. By choosing a delivery method that does not require a signature, you are agreeing to these terms. LuminoGlow is unable to offer any compensation for lost parcels, but will offer all reasonable assistance with locating any missing parcels.
LuminoGlow is happy to offer a great gift wrapping option. The lingerie will be in a small lime green bag with logo and then placed into a boutique carry bag with our logo and lime green and white bows and ties. The added cost for this gift wrapping will only cost $3.50. This will make the total cost for postage of $9.00 by regular Australia Post and $12.50 by Australia Post Express Post. The presentation is stunning and will make your gift even more special. The boutique carry bag is reusable so how about thinking of the future of our planet and re-use both bags?
